You asked me to remove a negative review on an IX6 I paid £700 for.
In return for £80 "compensation " I removed the review and you paid the money.
However, my scooter has broken down again.
I've reposted my initial review on trust pilot and also added that you bribed me into changing it to a more positive one for the £80 payment.
I don't know why you just didn't replace my scooter in the first place. It was only 3 months old when things went wrong.
I've been on YouTube and Facebook and left my new review on at least 20 ads you have on the those platforms.
I intent to carry on posting my 1* reviews every single day all over social media. I've also explained that on IScooters review page, most of the 1* reviews mysteriously disappear. Strange that.
I've also highlighted the fact you bribed me to either remove or change my review on trust pilot for a "compensatory" £80. Crooks.
I have 38 people now who are going to be posting negative reviews about IScooter. Also Isinwheel, as I've found out your selling the same defective scooters on there, under that brand, which is you.
My scooter was defective after 3 months.
All you had to do was replace it for a new one, after such a short time. But no. Instead you tried to offer me a brand new one for £400!! You made it sound like you were doing me a great service. In actual fact you were insulting my intelligence AND trying to get more money.
So, just so you know, I'll continue to leave my terrible reviews across all platforms, including IScooter Europe.
All you had to do was replace my broken scooter.
If I'd received a new IX6, which was my entitlement under Britains consumer laws, none of this would be necessary.
Scammers. Liars and criminals, all of you.

The package arrived safely before the estimated date. No damages, no faults, item is as it is in the picture. I am enjoying it.

Ive my GT2 for a week now been out on it twice now cant believe wot a bit of kit does wot it says on the box so impressed with it cant wait to go out on it again this week love it

I love this scooter, I bought this for me to drive to work. It's very convenient. This best off road scooter has the best engineered, good power and the lights are bright.

it is a great toy for adult. I bought it to go ride with my kids and go around to get grocery. Battery life is long. I probably need to charge once a week but it only takes hours to get maximum battery. It has been working well and love it.
