Really satisfied with the purchase, arrived on time, communication from delivery company very good. Managed to assemble it, but user manual should be more detailed for not-so-on hands bike enthusiasts/novices and that is really the only thing that I was not pleased with. Bike is excellent, easy to charge and drives superbly.
