TOURSOR X5-60 11" Folding Electric Scooter 3000W*2 Dual Motors 60V 35Ah Battery

I've had issues from start to now first day I received it on turning the scooter on it comes up with a E5 error code and flat battery... so charged it fully to have the same code and battery issue.
I emailed and got a response quickly but not the help I was hoping for, as I received a brand new scooter that has issues and they expect me to look into and Try and resolve it myself to which I kept refusing as asking to defect the scooter even more by getting at the battery lid off and taking the bord grip off to which I managed to do then undo the Allen key bots and nuts off to with I struggled as again the parts are of poor quality and struggled with 3 of them to which I managed to take 2 off and one left on as no Allen key would fit it but fit the rest! (This took me 1.5 hours of my Time) and took the best photos I could get due to lid not being able to be removed. They then asked for more evidence to which I said that's the best I can do and have had enough now and would like a full refund but they offered me 10% refund to which I replied what's the next joke!
Also while I've been emailing back and forward for the past 2 weeks I went out on the scooter went over a bump the front break came on its own which I went flying over the handle bars at 55mph and now been in hospital for the past 6 days and don't know when I'll going home to my son as I'm a single dad. I've sustained 8 broken ribs multiple time a broken collar bone and a blood clot in my leg... again this company has no after care and won't take any liability for anything.
So I'd stay far away from this company if you want a good experience.
