Arrived quickly and very good customer service via email,prompt replies. Lovely bike.
The downside is I was unable to insure this as company coukd not supply documentation of how it entered the UK.
Due to its output has to be registered as a new vehicle with DVLA first to make it road legal as insurers will not insure without.
Unable to do this as company could not provide proof of shipping/customs fees.
Beware if you think you can buy one and want it insuring. If my bike gets stolen or seized by Police then thats it basically.

This is an amazing value for money. It fulfilled all its promises and more. Even better in real life. Stunning ride.

Amazing Bike

This bike is amazing for the price I have done over 130 miles on it and still going great out of the box I have noticed a few kinks though but nothing that isnt easily fixed like breaks needed tightened up a bit and needed oiled because they were squeaking but a bit of WD40 fixed that also I near forgot to mention just how fun this is to ride and the compliments I have received how well it looks with it's sleek design I was hesitant to see how it would feel to fully cycle as it looks bulky but despite it's heavy look it is just as easy as any other bike to ride but good luck cycling up but thankfully you can fully throttle up the hill with ease I have yet to find a hill that it can't handle over all if your in the market for a new E bike or making your first E bike purchase I highly recommend the ridstar Q20
