I really like my new e bike. It meets everything I was hoping for.

I bought my mom this bike as a gift. She absolutely loves everything about it.

Good bike, and great speed, but some of the bolts in the handrail get loose kinda quickly. Also, its meant for people 56 and up cause Im 54 and at the lowest seat position I still have a hard time mounting it.

I ordered the white U2 for my wifes birthday this month. I purchased the D4 about a year ago. We love these. We are a senior couple (70/69) and this helps us riding in the hilly areas of Atlanta and we also take these to Florida when we visit our daughter in Perdido Key. Keep up the good work.

I purchased two U2 bikes for my wife and I, so easy to put together, and was very impressed with the quality and workmanship. Had an issue with the chargers and emailed Customer Service that I had an issue with the chargers and they sent me two new chargers without any hassle.
