I have this rear rack on my bike and it is very sturdy. However, I purchased a spare from this company and when the driver arrived at my flat, they called me. I missed the call by seconds and called right back, but they didn't answer. The driver chose to leave my item in an unsafe location that wasn't even my address. By the time I was able to identify where the item was placed, it was stolen. I have no issues with the item itself but Yodel delivery service is abhorent.
