How to assemble the DUOTTS C29 electric bike?
Open the box carefully, don't scratch the frame body. Take out bike's frame and all accessories.
Install the handlebar
- Step 1: Rotate the stem so it is aligned with the fork steerer tube
- Step 2: Remove the 4 bolts holding the faceplate on the stem, using hex wrench provided. With the stem secured to the front end of the stem, secure the faceplate to the stem and install all bolts through the faceplate and into the stem.
Install the front wheel
Make sure both sides of axle are fully engaged into the fork dropouts.
Install the headlight and fenders
Install the pedals
- Pedals with "L" and "R" stamped into the spindle end.
- RIGHT PEDAL: Clockwise to Install.
- LEFT PEDAL: Counterclockwise to install.
How to remove the battery for charging
- Insert the key to unlock the battery box and take out the battery.
- Connect the charger to the battery box and plug it into the socket.
- The red light indicates that it is charging.
- The green light indicates that it is fully charged.
- Lock the battery box to ensure safe riding.
Install the phone holder and display
- Unscrew the screws on the back of the phone holder, place the holder on the front rack, and tighten the screws.
- Remove the screws on the back of the display, place the display on the front frame, and tighten the screws.
- Connect the display line.
- Press "M" for a long time to start the machine, and press the up and down buttons to adjust the gear.
